Gross motor skills and coordination involve the use of the bigger muscles of the body and using two sides of the body together. These skills are needed for children to participate in play at home, school and playgrounds.

Staff at Footprints OT are specialists in the area of assistive technology. Assistive technology is any piece of equipment that assists a child to be supported in their environment. Equipment to support a child may include;

self-care skills
